Purpose: In order to provide you with the best service possible, we will upgrade your Evolve Contact Suite (ECS) environment to version 2026.01

Scheduled - Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 12/4/2025 11:00 PM EST
End: 12/5/2025 3:00 AM EST
Duration: 4h
Purpose: We're replacing the Broadsoft ADPs. On Dec 2nd, we added new ADPs to the service clusters to observer them for couple of days. If they are working as expected, we'll remove the old servers during this maintenance. They have been fully tested.
Impact: If we missed something on the new servers after two days of observation, services could be impacted. We are only removing the old servers from the routing, not shutting them down, so putting them back into service if there's a problem will not take long.

Scheduled - Dear Valued Client,

Purpose: We're replacing the Broadworks ADPs with newer ones. We're going to add these new servers into the service alongside the existing ADPs, observing them for a couple of days before removing the old servers.
Impact: If there are any issues with the new servers there may be temporary delays in services. We're keeping the existing servers in place so any failing service should retry on a working server.
Required user actions: none
